Returns

Our policy lasts for 14 days from receipt of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your receipt of purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.

Items must be returned in original packaging and in an unworn and unwashed condition with all labels and tags still attached. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or washed. You will also need receipt or proof of purchase. Upon inspection if the returned item is found not to have met any of these conditions, a refund will not be issued

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and if your refund was approved or not. If approved we will organise a refund to your orginal payment method, minus the initial shipping costs and fees incurred by us in the sales transaction which are non refundable fees charged by the payment provider to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs via a tracked courier with signature required. Goods are to be packed carefully to prevent damage in transit.
